Thinking of traveling abroad for a visit, business or tourism, it is a nice thing, but, you have to take in consideration some important things to ensure that your trip is safe and will pass safely without any health problems. Before traveling

Make the necessary vaccination

In some countries there are many diseases that pose a high risk for travelers so be careful and protect yourself by making the needed  vaccination for the areas you will visit. Adequate stock of needed medicines and injections

May be your destination will be in a semi-remote or that the tour program includes visiting some of the most remote areas, which do not have the necessary medical capabilities, so it is necessary to verify this and make sure of it and make all arrangements before traveling

Some needful basic medical materials and devices

If you are suffering from some health problems during your travel, such as vomiting due to takeoff, seasickness, or headaches when traveling by road, there are certain drugs and medical devices and procedures that must be taken before takeoff and there are some of them could be taken during the travel. You should take all this in consideration and know much about it by your doctor before traveling so you will know what materials could be taken before – during – and after travel.

You should protect yourself well from the sun especially if you are traveling to a coastal area in summer, exposure to direct sunlight can be very harmful as sunburn can cause premature aging of the skin or may develop and lead to skin cancer as well. You should protect yourself well in such a situation wearing the appropriate hat, which can shade the face also preferred to wear sunglasses and put a skin protect creams which is suitable and against the sunburn – with having an umbrella.

If you travel in the winter or to a very cold country take all the necessary precautions such as clothing, socks, scarves, shoes and gloves and you have to increase taking vitamin C or eating orange and lemon as a natural source for vitamin C to avoid severe colds

Eating good food, exercise and walking, making a healthy diet while traveling is not impossible. It is essential not to miss the main meal and to drink enough fluids. You can enjoy your routine sports with ease. Do not forget to take a comfortable sneaker. We recommend you to learn some new exercises that do not need huge equipment so that you can exercise simply and anywhere, such as jogging, walking in the open air and swimming.

Sleep enough and take good rest, make sure you get eight hours of sleep a day. Give your body the rest, do not try to resist drowsiness, and make your journey physically enjoyable too.

Pregnant women and travel:

Do not make traveling while your pregnancy  to obsess you and get rid of your head the idea of not being able to travel while you are pregnant With all the necessary information and vaccines and appropriate medical insurance it will become as having fun after fun

Avoid traveling in the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy because it is the stage of vomiting and feeling dizzy and it is better to travel between the fourth and sixth month and if you do not suffering complications in your pregnancy, you can travel at any time except in the last days of your pregnancy

You should also take yours and your baby’s medical records with you. You may need them, especially if your trip is fairly long.
